I met Tim years ago at a horror convention in Dallas. He and his wife had TCM booth and are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I bought a couple of Tim's CD's and even an actual piece of the foundation of the "Chainsaw house." Even though Gunnar Hansen was only ten feet away, I had Tim autograph it. Why? Because to me, Tim is a celebrity in his own right.
